Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. She was the first gymnast from the United States ever to win four gold medals in the same Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won successive World All-Around championships. Biles lived in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria were adopted by their parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to be interested in the sport of gymnastics when she was only six years old. The coach Aimee Borman invited her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went on an excursion. Biles won a gold in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010, before advancing to the elite competition in 2011. The following year Biles had a dominating performance in the sport. What set Biles out was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the high degree of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout every event - vault, uneven bars balance beam and floor exercise.
