Lisa Edelstein was an American actress, best known for her role as the main character of Fox's House medical drama. With a strict Jewish upbringing, Lisa Edelstein moved from Wayne in the state of Wayne to New York City when she aged 18 and began attending Tisch School of Arts. The school quickly became a fixture in the scene of clubs in New York. Her shows were so captivating that the local press took note. Then she used her experience along with her fame and training to compose and write a musical called Positive Me and also starred in it. Awake In the Wild Side was her next task. Once it went off the show, she started appearing in TV and films at first in small roles and gradually established herself as an actor.
