Kari Wuhrer was born on April 28th in 1967. She is an American musician and actor. Wuhrer began her career as she was just a teen. She is most known for her role as Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders and also her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the thriller-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble, who worked as a pay clerk and German American Andrew Wuhrer. There are three siblings. As a teenager, she was a singer performing in clubs, escaping from her family to do so. From the Wooster School at the age of 13 She began her studies in the art of drama. After that, she studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Marymount Manhattan College located at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, with the renowned instructor Uta Hagen, Wuhrer studied. She is a Brookfield resident birthed in Brookfield Connecticut on the 28th day of April, 1967. Her mother is a payroll accountant, and her father is German-American and is a police officer as well as a car salesperson. Kari was born into the family that included four members. Kari was a nightclub singer when she was just a teenager. Kari would get away from home and perform. Kari started acting in the Wooster School at the age of 13 and then went further to pursue a degree in drama at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the famous Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was still in the teen years. She had her first major break in the form of MTV Remote Control in 1987.
